Getting started with a remote workforce

Many companies throughout the world like Facebook, Twitter, and Amazon have set up their workers to work from home, while smaller companies are also starting to get into it and setting policies accordingly.

Working from a remote workforce is not a foreign concept, and remote work has been around for a long time.
